1. What are Cookies and Storage Technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. WinSell also uses browser LocalStorage and SessionStorage in the web app and in Koda Desktop to store client preferences and preserve secure authentication states.

2. Categories of Storage We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for platform operation, including secure session tokens (winsell-access-token, winsell-refresh-token), CSRF protection, and Google OAuth state verification.

Functional Storage: LocalStorage is utilized to preserve your chosen language (vi, en, zh-CN), appearance theme (light, dark, system), sidebar collapse state, and offline prompt drafts.

Telemetry and Performance: Measure API latency and model error rates to ensure service reliability. We do not employ third-party behavioral advertising tracking cookies.

3. Managing and Disabling Cookies

You can configure your browser settings to reject or delete cookies. However, blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using Wisa and Koda.
