Notice on Governing Language: This translation is provided solely for convenience. In accordance with Section 7 of our General Terms of Service, the Vietnamese language version is the legally binding and controlling document for all purposes.

1. Koda Desktop License Grant

WINSELL COMPANY LIMITED grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and run the Koda Desktop executable on devices you own or control.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or dissemble the proprietary binaries except as permitted under applicable open-source license agreements.

2. Local Workspace Data Model

Koda Desktop operates primarily on your local file system. Your source code files remain on your local storage and are not transmitted to WinSell cloud servers unless you initiate cloud sync or query an AI model.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your local project files.

3. Software Updates and SHA-256 Integrity

The application periodically checks for security updates. Official installers on /downloads are accompanied by SHA-256 cryptographic hashes for verification prior to execution.
