Export Controls, Sanctions & Geographic Availability

1. Compliance with Technology Export Laws

The Services and Koda Desktop software may incorporate cryptographic components subject to Vietnamese cryptography regulations and international export control regimes (such as the US Export Administration Regulations).

2. Sanctions and Embargo Restrictions

You represent and warrant that:

- You are not located in, or a national of, any comprehensively sanctioned country or territory.

- You are not listed on any applicable restricted party list maintained by international or Vietnamese authorities.

- You will not use the Services for prohibited ends, including weapons proliferation.

3. Geographic Blocking

WinSell reserves the right to implement IP geo-blocking to ensure compliance with international sanctions and upstream partner agreements.
