1. Minimum Age Threshold

WinSell, WISA, and KODA are intended for users aged 13 and older. Children under 13 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the Services.

2. Parental or Legal Guardian Consent

Users between 13 and under 18 years of age must obtain the affirmative consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the platform. Parents or guardians must review and accept these Terms and Privacy Policy on behalf of the minor.

3. Self-Attestation Mechanism and Operational Risk

To preserve a frictionless user experience, WinSell currently relies on user self-attestation at sign-up. The platform does NOT independently verify parental identification documents during initial registration.

This represents an operational limitation disclosed in good faith. Users and guardians bear legal responsibility for accurate representations. WinSell reserves the right to request proof of consent at any time.
