1. Core Safety Principles

WinSell designs Wisa and KODA to empower productivity, software creation, and learning. Users must use the Services responsibly, ethically, and in strict compliance with applicable laws.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You strictly agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

1. Illegal Acts and National Security Violations: Inciting violence, terrorism, subversive activities, or publishing unlawful material.

2. Harassment, Fraud, and Deception: Generating disinformation, financial scams, identity impersonation, extortion, harassment, or defamatory content.

3. Cyber Attacks and Reverse Engineering: Distributing malware, executing unauthorized penetration testing, DoS/DDoS attacks, or attempting to reverse-engineer LLMGate routing and billing systems.

4. Unauthorized Account and Key Resale: Buying, selling, or transferring API keys or accounts in violation of platform terms.

5. Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading or prompting AI to produce output that infringes third-party patents, copyrights, or trade secrets.

6. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Generating, uploading, or processing content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation. Any such incident will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.

3. Enforcement and Account Suspension

WinSell operates automated safety filters and rate-limiting safeguards. Upon detecting a violation, WinSell reserves the right to immediately take remedial action without prior notice:

- Rejecting requests and issuing account warnings.

- Suspending access or revoking CUBE credit balances.

- Permanently terminating accounts without refund.

- Cooperating with and providing forensic logs to law enforcement authorities as required by law.
