Abuse Reporting, Copyright & DMCA Takedown Procedure

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property Commitment

WINSELL COMPANY LIMITED respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects our users to do the same in compliance with Vietnam's Intellectual Property Law No. 155/VBHN-VPQH and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe content hosted on WinSell infringes your copyright, send a written Notice of Infringement to abuse@winsell.vn with:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or authorized representative.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

3. Exact URL or location of the infringing material.

4. Contact details: Address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement made in good faith that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or law.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, WinSell will disable access to the content within 48 business hours and notify the affected user.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

Users who believe their content was removed by mistake may submit a Counter-Notice to abuse@winsell.vn containing their explanation and acceptance of court jurisdiction.

4. Repeat Infringers Policy

WinSell will terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers (two or more verified copyright violations).
