Subscription, Billing, Invoicing & Refund Terms

1. Subscription Plans and CUBE Token Units

WinSell offers recurring subscription tiers (Monthly/Annual) for WISA and KODA. Plan allowances are denominated in CUBE tokens, pegged at 1 CUBE = 1 VND.

Prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Subscriptions activate immediately upon confirmation of payment by our payment gateway.

2. SePay VietQR Payment Processing

Payments are processed via SePay VietQR bank transfer. You must transfer the exact amount and reference code indicated on the checkout screen to trigger automatic provisioning.

WinSell is not responsible for activation delays caused by incorrect reference codes or transfer amounts.

3. Payment Records vs. Official Electronic VAT Invoices

Internal Payment Records: Invoices shown in your user dashboard are internal payment receipts confirming receipt of funds.

Electronic VAT Invoices: Under Decree 123/2020/ND-CP and Decree 70/2025/ND-CP, WINSELL COMPANY LIMITED issues official electronic VAT invoices upon request.

To receive an official VAT invoice, customers must provide their legal company name, tax ID, registered address, and billing email within 72 hours of payment via support@winsell.vn.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel recurring plan renewal at any time in your Account settings. Access continues until the end of your prepaid billing period.

Refund Criteria: Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate upstream compute costs, refunds are only considered if:

- A persistent server outage exceeds 48 consecutive business hours that our engineering team is unable to resolve.

- A written refund request is submitted within seven (7) days of initial purchase, and the account has consumed less than 10% of the allocated CUBE quota.

Non-Refundable Scenarios: Accounts suspended for terms violations, voluntary change of mind, or usage exceeding 10% of CUBE quota are strictly non-refundable.
